Laura Betts
Began her career in 1992 at MEW Research where she spent 2.5 years researching travel, tourism and retail sectors. Moved to Research International in 1995 and spent the majority of career there specialising in retail research. Having worked extensively in consumer research for the majority of her career, Laura is a highly experienced qualitative researcher. Her experience covers all aspects of retail research including product/range evaluation, shopper behaviour, branding and concept testing

Emma Meilak
Started her career with George Street Research in Edinburgh gaining wide ranging experience in consumer, B2B and social research. On joining Research International in 1999, her interest in consumer and retail research continued and since then, she has concentrated entirely on qualitative research in these sectors. Emma specialises in retail specific research issues including customer profiling, the impact of store environments and fixture design on shopper needs/decision making/product appraisal
